Delivery of Orders
Most orders are despatched the next working day. Sometimes your location and stock availability can cause delays. We strive to despatch all orders within 7 working days. If this is not happening with your order, we will let you know.

We will deliver orders absolutely anywhere in Australia. We can ship to New Zealand or the rest of the World with prior notice. Please note that we do not insure overseas parcels.

Prices quoted DO NOT include freight. Your final price at the checkout will be freight EXCLUSIVE. We will contact you with a freight price - once we have obtained the best price for you. We don't limit ourselves to only using one carrier - this allows us to source the most competitive price available, and save you money.

There is no minimum order amount with Dognetwork. We appreciate your business no matter how large or small.

Whilst we provide a secure means of transmitting your credit card details to us, we understand that some people are still hesitant about doing this. Therefore you can phone your credit card details to us (during business hours).
Send us a cheque or Money Order.
Or, if you wish, you may deposit funds directly into our NAB account via online banking or in person at your bank. Please call us on 03 62 486644 for details of how to deposit payment for your order directly to our bank account.
Or you can fax us your order with your credit card details if you would prefer.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges are by prior arrangement only. Goods being returned must be in original packaging and fit for resale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. No claims recognised after 7 days

Any stock received damaged must be notified to Dognetwork.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. We will make arrangements for the goods to be collected, and replacement stock or a refund will be sent upon our receipt of the damaged goods.

All refunds will be in the same form of payment as originally received, unless other arrangements have been made with the purchaser by our staff.
